Performance Marketing manager ( Full-Time – On Site )

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s not just great at ads — but great at leading people.
Someone who can build strategies, guide a team of media buyers, and keep the brand’s premium aesthetic alive while pushing results to the next level.

If you can turn numbers into insights, insights into actions, and actions into revenue — this role is literally made for you.Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading & mentoring a team of Media Buyers (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Setting strategy, monthly targets, and optimization frameworks for the team
• Reviewing daily performance dashboards & guiding the team with actionable feedback
• Building full-funnel paid strategies across all platforms
• Launching, testing, optimizing & scaling campaigns with precision
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce high-converting, premium visual assets
• Running A/B tests on audiences, creatives, landing pages & bidding models
• Managing budgets and ensuring efficient spending across channels
• Deep diving into performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, LTV, MER
• Identifying new growth opportunities, markets & strategies
• Creating smart reports that highlight insights — not just numbers
• Ensuring brand consistency across all paid placements

Who You Are

• Data-driven, analytical, experiments-obsessed
• Experienced in e-commerce growth (fashion is a plus)
• You understand premium branding and clean creative direction
• You can handle pressure, fast pace, and big ambitions
• You treat scaling as a sport
