Media Buyer ( Full-Time – On Site )

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who’s obsessed with numbers, lives for testing, and knows exactly how to turn ads into revenue. If you understand premium branding, can decode audiences like a pro, and know how to scale campaigns without blowing the budget — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running Meta, TikTok & Google ads like a boss — from ideation to daily optimization
• Turning raw data into clear decisions (and wins)
• Building full-funnel campaigns that actually convert, not “look good on paper”
• Testing creatives, audiences, placements & bidding strategies nonstop
• Collaborating with the creative team to cook thumb-stopping ads
• Spotting trends early and sliding in before everyone else catches up
• Scaling successfully without breaking the CAC
• Monitoring KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM, and making them your playground

What You Bring

• Proven experience in media buying for e-commerce brands, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Expertise in Google Analytics and a variety of tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing strategies and tactics.
• Experience in planning and managing large budgets for ad spend.
• Ability to create and execute a comprehensive media buying strategy.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with major ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation.
• Creative mindset for providing input on high-converting ad content.
