We’re looking for a Video Editor / Videographer who can shoot with intention, edit with style, and elevate every frame to match our premium aesthetic.
If you can turn raw footage into magic, create scroll-stopping visuals, and understand how fashion + lifestyle should feel on camera — welcome home.
Key Responsibilities:
🎥 Videography
- Shooting high-quality product videos, lifestyle content, and campaign visuals
- Setting up lighting, framing, and composition that scream premium
- Capturing behind-the-scenes, creator content, and storytelling moments
- Directing on set when needed to bring out the right energy
✂️ Video Editing
- Editing content for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, ads & brand campaigns
- Adding transitions, sound design, pacing & color grading that fits the L&L style
- Syncing edits with music to create emotional impact
- Creating short-form edits that stop the scroll
- Working closely with the content team to bring ideas to life
Your Superpowers
- Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, composition & fashion visuals
- You think fast, shoot faster, and edit the fastest
- Mastery of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci)
- You understand trends, pacing, virality & what Gen Z actually watches
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- You can turn a simple moment into a cinematic shot
- You understand color — especially premium tones
