What You’ll Be Doing

🌟 Influencer Marketing

Identifying, vetting, and onboarding influencers that match the L&L aesthetic
Managing full influencer pipelines: outreach → negotiation → briefing → content review
Building long-term partnerships, not one-off posts
Coordinating product send-outs, PR boxes, gifting & collaborations
Tracking influencer performance and optimizing the roster based on real results
Ensuring influencers create visuals that match our premium identity

📣 Public Relations

Helping shape brand messaging and PR angles
Building a strong presence across digital platforms, events & collaborations
Managing communication with partners, stylists, creators, PR agencies & media
Preparing talking points, messaging guidelines & partnership frameworks
Supporting launches, events, campaigns & product drops with strategic PR outreach
Monitoring brand mentions, trends & public sentiment
